Stopped here after dinner for coffee and cake. The cakes in the cabinet looked good and plenty to choose from. Kids chose red velvet cake. Hubby ordered hot chocolate and asked for marshmallows to which the server replied sorry I don't think we have any. Kids ordered iced chocolates. We asked for cream, sorry we don't have any, but did get one small scoop of ice cream once we asked for it as it didn't come with any..pretty poor as charged $8 for it. Mocha and hot chocolate were quite nice. Red velvet was inedible. Tasted like it has been in the fridge for months. Won't be back, pity as the vibe of the place was nice. Also thet don't take cash at all, card only.

BEST FISH TACOS - Excellent fish tacos that tasted as good as they looked. Brilliant job, chef! One problem is the approach to ordering food and drinks — you must go to the bar for literally everything you’d like. I was solo and got up to get another beer and while I was away the remainder of my food was taken. It’s a poor system that takes the fun out of being served at a restaurant. Also, reasonable beer prices relatively speaking. One problem - You must get up and go to the bar to order another beer (no table service). When I got up I had food remaining, it when I returned it was gone.

Very poor experience.Booked for 10 people for 6pm:1) Arrived and although there is a sign to wait to be served there are pub style numbers and a QR code to order food. No acknowledgment from staff. When I approached a waitress I was shown to a random table with little aknowledgement.2) One menu for 10 people. No water. We ordered using the QR code.3) Waited 45m. No drinks served. When we asked at the bar, they said they saw an order but with no detail. They chose to ignore rather than check with us. Drinks were then handed to us and not served at table. Usually missed orders are taken and served directly with compliments in my opinion.4) Food was also missed. We had two hungry 5 year olds. Food eventually arrived after over an hour wait. Missing 4 items even after showing them the original order on phones, which were refunded.5) Food was very average to poor. I enjoyed my kids chicken popcorn, after paying $250 this is not good enough. We were only refunded for the food we didn't get.How to deal with a situation like this:1) Take responsibility. Apologise that the order came through but not fully due to technical issues.2) Switch to manual. Take the order at the table and offer drinks with compliments while waiting. Serve drinks at table. Keep the kids happy with juice.3) Serve all food urgently and ensure kids are first.4) Offer a complimentary round of drinks or desserts with apologies.Something is going very wrong at this restaurant and I hope they turn it around for the sake of their business.

The worst fish and chips I've had. I've come home to a very bad tummy just from trying, not actually eating all of it due to it tasting off.I was sure to give my review to the store while I was there cause of how disappointed I was in the food customer service and waiting time for our food. Over all will not be going there again.

We had buger & chips.Burger was slops & drowned in mayonnaise dressing. Bread not fresh. Chips soft & cold same with burger. It's a pity because the service was good but the cook needs replacing. Shame. Won't be back considering the money spent there. Not very cheap.

Appalling!!! Zero stars if I could.Waited on the takeaway side and hour yesterday for food. Service is terrible. I asked for a refund and spent it on a lovely meal at 3 sheets. Food was hot and fresh and only took 15 min to arrive.Seafood Nation seemed to have a problem with there ordering system and food was coming out of the kitchen, but not in order of when it was placed. Wait staff even seemed stressed out.Definitely won't be going back.

Had a lovely dinner here. Nice staff. Amazing food. Lots of serving tables. Lovely view over the whole harbour, beach and bridge. Fair pricing. Good value for money. Left very happy. Definitely will go back.
